How To Use - How Much Alkalized Water Should I Consume?

LEVEL 1:

START SLOWLY! Everyone should begin on Level 1. Water produced on Level 1 is 10 times more alkaline than your own water source.

  • 3 to 4, 8 oz. glasses first 3 days-- 5 to 6 glasses next 5 days
  • 6 to 8, 8 oz. glasses after that for 1 week.

LEVEL 2-3:

Water produced on Level 2 is 100 times more alkaline than your own water source. Stay on level 2 for at least one month.

  • 6 to 8, 8 oz. glasses
  • Most women maintain on level 2.
  • Most men maintain on level 3.
  • 'Maintaining' means consume 1/2 your body weight in fluid ounces on a daily basis. If you weigh 200 lbs. drink 100 oz. of water daily.

LEVEL 4:

Water produced on Level 4 SHOULD NOT be consumed on a regular basis. Use should be for athletic or therapeutic purposes as directed by a practitioner.

IMPORTANT

  1. When Changing levels, you may experience light headedness or upset stomach. Drinking a glass of water on Level 0 may help relieve these symptoms.
  2. DO NOT TAKE MEDICATION WITH ALKALIZED WATER UNTIL YOUR BODY IS FULLY ADJUSTED TO THE WATER. This is especially important for coumadin and heart medication users. Because of the smaller molecular structure of the water, medication could have greater effect on the body. Wait to drink alkalized water a half hour prior to and one hour after taking medication.
  3. DIALYSIS PATIENTS. Check with your doctor about the consumption of alkalized water. Some dialysis patients, however, have recommended drinking 1 8 oz. glass of Level 1 water for the first 2 to 3 days. Then, maintaining their consumption at Level 1, consuming 1.5 to 2, 8 oz. glasses daily.
  4. NOTE: This water will help to cleanse your body of the acidic waste products on a DAILY basis. We recommend that you drink 1/2 your body's weight in fluid ounces to be most effective.
  5. NOTE: We recommend that you test your pH to maintain a correct balance of alkalinity.
